Where to go for warranty service?
To Claim Warranty for your product the most quick method is to simply email us at sales@grey-medical.com and explain your claim. You need to send detailed pictures to Claim warranty ! Once the claim is approved your replacement product shall be dispatched with in 10-15 Business days by DHL / EMS / Fedex and will offer free Shipping for all warranty Claims
I can exchange or return an item?
All Orders processed through Grey Medical are not eligible to be changed during production or once the payment is made ! Product distributed by Grey Medical are non-defected and verified ! But if a Customer is unsatisfied with product received from GREY MEDICAL we do have a Return Policy You can click the Return Policy button for more information on this case !
In some cases, the warranty is not provided?
Warranty will not be applied if you break Our Liposuction Cannula by putting extra pressure or using wrongly ! You should sterilize our instruments only when need and only to the amount of Temperature required !
Any defective instrument will be repaired at no charge at the sole discretion of GREY MEDICAL. After this Warranty period, service and maintenance are available for a nominal charge.
