What products are warranted?
AllĀ GreyMedicalĀ®Ā products come with a lifetime warranty for their functionality. We stand behind the quality and performance of our instruments, ensuring that they remain reliable and effective throughout their use. If any product fails to meet the standards of quality and functionality, we are committed to providing support and solutions.
Where to go for warranty service?
To Claim Warranty for your product the most quick method is to simply email us at sales@grey-medical.com and explain your claim. You need to send detailed pictures to Claim warranty ! Once the claim is approved your replacement product shall be dispatched with in 10-15 Business days by DHL / EMS / Fedex and will offer free Shipping for all warranty Claims
I can exchange or return an item?
All orders processed throughĀ GreyMedicalĀ®Ā are final and not eligible for changes during production or once the payment is made. Products distributed byĀ GreyMedicalĀ®Ā are thoroughly inspected and verified to be non-defective before shipment. However, if a customer is unsatisfied with a product received, we do have a Return Policy. You can click the Return Policy button for more information on how to proceed in such cases. Please note, warranty claims are only accepted for issues related to functionality, corrosion, or any defects that may occur during shipping.
In some cases, the warranty is not provided?
Improper Sterilization: Warranty is void if Greymedicalās Instructions for Use (IFU) are not followed during the sterilization process.Ā
User-Induced Damage: If the product is broken or damaged due to user mishandling, warranty coverage will not apply.Ā
Shipping Damage: If you receive a product damaged due to shipping mishandling, please contact us at sales@grey-medical.com within 2 days of receipt. If we are not informed within this timeframe, it will be considered as damage occurring after receipt.Ā
Incorrect Use of Liposuction Cannula: Warranty does not cover liposuction cannulas damaged by excessive pressure or improper use.
Excessive Sterilization: Instruments should only be sterilized as necessary and at the required temperature. Over-sterilization or incorrect temperatures may void the warranty.
