Out-of-stock items

Produced in Sialkot.

Out-of-stock products are made at our Sialkot manufacturing unit. Production typically takes 1–4 weeks, depending on product type and quantity. A confirmed timeline is shared after the order is placed.

Grey Medical uses reliable courier services including DHL, UPS and EMS where applicable. Customs requirements may differ by destination and shipment type.

Europe & United Kingdom

Customs-cleared support.

European orders are dispatched from our UK office as customs-cleared parcels where available.

Unavailable UK-office items are arranged from Sialkot after the required clearance process. Urgent orders require a valid VAT ID; import clearance, duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.

USA & Canada

Customs-cleared parcel delivery.

USA and Canada orders are generally dispatched through our USA branch as customs-cleared parcels.

For urgent shipments, a VAT ID or Tax ID is not required; however, import clearance and related charges for urgent shipments are the customer's responsibility.

Rest of the world

Worldwide shipping.

For other destinations, customers are responsible for customs clearance, duties, taxes and local requirements.

A valid Tax ID is mandatory for Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Peru, applicable Latin American countries and South Africa. Supporting clearance documents are provided where possible.
