Delivery Timescale:-

All orders received throughĀ GREY MEDICALĀ are processed and, if the stock is available,Ā dispatchedĀ within 4 working day of receiving the Payment. If the products are out of stocks then your ordered productsĀ will have to go through a production process, and the production period mayĀ varyĀ according to number of products and quantity, which may beĀ 1-4 weeks.

Delivery Method:-

All your orders will be dispatched to you by DHL or UPS. Only RUSSIA, BRAZIL and ARGENTINA and Countries where DHL or UPS Don’t deliver Surgical Instruments to Individuals will get products by EMS Post Service, All other clients will receive products very safely by DHL or UPS ! A DHL or UPS Representative will deliver your products at your door step and you wonā€™t be charged any extra tax or custom charges.
DHL or UPS Delivery charges will automatically be added in your invoice when you click on checkout!

Tracking Number :-

For all your orders simply retrieve your tracking number from your account and then visit DHL Website and track the order using their functionality. You can also demand your tracking number by contacting us atĀ Sales@grey-medical.comĀ OR by Whatsapp/Viber :-+923346502333

You can track the latest shipping status of your order on Order Tracking. Simply visit "Grey-medical.com at the bottom you will see Order Tracking and enter your order ID, Also the email that you use on checkout time, then click the "Order Track" button next to your order to get a direct link to your shipping information. You will be able to see your shipping carrier, tracking number, estimated delivery time, and latest shipping status on the page. If a tracking number isn't available yet, then our warehouse may still be processing your order. Please allow 1-3 business days for warehouse processing. We will notify you when your tracking number is ready and your order has been shipped.
If you haven't received any tracking updates on your order since it shipped, it's most likely because your order was sent from our overseas warehouses. Tracking won't update until your package arrives in Dubai and is picked up by our local shipping partner to deliver to your doorstep. The local shipping partner will scan your package (only during business days) to update your tracking info. You can track your order by going to the "Your orders" page of grey-medical.com. From there you will be able to find your order and click "Track" to view the latest tracking info. We know you're excited to get your order through and so are we!
We always strive to ship out all orders as soon as possible. On the item page, you can find the estimated delivery date and information about the percentage of orders delivered within that time frame so that you can plan accordingly.
