Our History
Three generations of instrument making in Sialkot.
Established in 2006 in Sialkot, Pakistan, Grey Medical carries forward a family tradition in surgical instrument manufacturing that now spans three generations.
Gulzar Khan
Founding craftsmanThe journey began with Gulzar Khan, manufacturing scissors and forceps for local hospital distributors. This early work laid the foundation for the family's continued involvement in the surgical instruments industry.
Imran Khan
Expansion across PakistanBuilding on that foundation, Imran Khan expanded the business into plastic surgery, ENT and general surgery instruments. Under his leadership the company broadened its product range and extended its reach across Pakistan.
Muhammad Ali Khan
Chief Executive OfficerToday Grey Medical is led by CEO Muhammad Ali Khan. He has introduced additional instrument categories and expanded the business into international exports, with offices and teams in the United Kingdom, France and Australia.
