Return Policy
At Grey Medical, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. To facilitate returns, please follow our return procedures carefully.
Return Procedures
- All returns must be authorized by a Grey Medical sales or customer service representative. They will guide you on the appropriate mode of transportation for returning the shipment.
- To initiate a return, contact us at +923064866584 or email Sales@grey-medical.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This authorization is valid for 30 days.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the package’s shipping label and include it on the original invoice. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Limits on Returns
- All products sold by Grey Medical are guaranteed to be shipped without defects. Please inspect the contents of your package upon receipt for any damaged or missing items.
- You may return merchandise within 30 days of delivery if you decide not to keep it for any reason. However, once the item has been used, it is no longer returnable.
- After 30 days from the invoice date, returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.
- Special orders or modified items are non-returnable, and no refund will be issued.
Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for return shipping, insurance, and handling costs. Credits will not be issued until the product is received in acceptable condition. Please use a secure, trackable method such as DHL, FedEx, or certified mail to return your item.
- Ensure the product is returned in its original packaging with all documentation and tags attached. Failure to do so may result in additional restocking fees to restore the merchandise to a saleable condition.
- Grey Medical is not liable for any instruments lost in transit. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks from the time we receive your returned merchandise for your refund to be processed.

- Purchaser’s name, telephone number, and address
- Grey Medical invoice number
- Invoice date
- Purchaser’s purchase order number
- Quantity, catalogue number, and description of the item
- Reason for return

Refund Policy
Grey Medical strives to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the items received, please contact us at Sales@grey-medical.com with a detailed description of the issue. We will review your request and do our best to resolve it.
If your request is approved, we will send replacement items for any faulty products free of charge. If you prefer a refund instead of replacements, you will need to return the items to us according to our Return Policy.
Once we receive the items back in the same condition in which they were dispatched and confirm that they have not been used, we will process your refund within 3-4 business days.
