Cottle Elevator double-ended, for tunneling, 4.5 mm wide blades, 8-1/2″ (21.6 cm) Cottle Elevator is a useful tool in facial and plastic surgeries. The curvature of the blade tip allows it to be slipped underneath soft tissue for extending distances creating a tunneling effect. The width of the blade allows for a large area of tissue to be lifted.
