West Lacrimal Sac Gouge 6.0 mm wide, 7-1/2″ (19.0 cm)  is a useful tool in Dacryocystorhinostomy (DCR) procedures. The gouge is meant to enlarge the bony window opening of the lacrimal bone to expose the sac and restore tear flow into the nose. The rounded tip and narrow profile of the blade allow for gentle handling of the lacrimal bone and prevent unwanted chipping.
