GreyMedical® Introduces the Joseph Periosteal Elevator—Phenolic Handle 6 1/4″ (15.87 cm), utilized for lifting thick tissue flaps in orthopedic surgeries. It is also helpful in separating the periosteum from the bone. The 4 mm sharp blade of the tool can readily slip between the periosteum and bone. The instrument has a sharp, slightly curved, and spherical 4 mm blade with blunt outer edges that can prevent the surrounding structures from injury. To improve control and efficiency, it features a hefty frame with a phenolic handle. It is manufactured according to International Standards of Medical Hygiene and constructed with German Stainless Steel for long-lasting use.
