Titanium Jacobson Micro Needle Holder – Extended Knurled Round Handle – Regular Box Lock round handle, 8.0 mm diameter extended knurling, jaw surfaces impregnated with fine tungsten carbide dust, straight jaws, use with 7-0 & smaller suture, 9-1/2″ (24.0 cm) In many cardiothoracic procedures, titanium Jacobson micro needle holders with regular box locks are used to keep suture needles. These holders are compatible with 5-0 and smaller sutures. A thin tungsten carbide dust that is infused into the jaws of the device increases grip while minimising wear on the needle and jaws. It has a rounded handle with additional knurling for better grip and manipulation. The non-magnetic, blue anodized titanium construction of this needle holder makes it stronger, lighter, and non-magnetic.
