It is ideal for examining calculus in the interproximal, oral, and facial areas of deep gingival pockets of molars and premolars. The thin, unbreakable, yet flexible probe tips, made of a unique steel alloy, ensure an extremely long service life. The Dental Explorer Periodontal Probe 17/23 is a dual-ended diagnostic tool that combines two important functions: an explorer for detecting caries, plaque, and other abnormalities, and a periodontal probe for measuring pocket depth and assessing gum condition. This tool is commonly used during dental examinations, providing a thorough approach to identifying oral conditions and diagnosing periodontal disease. Explorer is easy to clean and can be reused in clinical settings. Also, it is crafted from premium German Stainless Steel, featuring a satin finish that ensures the best possible quality.
