GreyMedical® Introduces Henning Cast Spreader 11″ (27.94 cm) used to make it easier to remove plaster castings. The spring-loaded handle of this instrument allowed for easy separation. The instrument has two thin, flat, grooved, rectangular jaws with horizontal serrations and a plier-shaped handle. It has a two-inch spread, providing for maximum pressure. Once the spreader’s jaws are inserted into the cast, they slide in smoothly. The handles are pressed together to bring the blades closer and allow insertion into the cast. It is manufactured according to International Standards of Medical Hygiene and constructed with  German Stainless Steel for long-lasting.
