Measuring 9 1/4” overall, it features a straight blade that is 19.0 mm wide and a hexagonal handle for improved control.  Hibbs Osteotome is made for use in neurosurgical procedures that require scraping or chiseling through bone. This osteotome features a thick handle for ease in gripping and maneuverability. The handle narrows into a slim neck which widens out again into a chisel type blade. Additionally the blade features a slight curvature increasing its ability to be used to strip or scrape away layers of bone and tissue.  Also, it is crafted from premium surgical-grade stainless steel, featuring a satin finish that ensures the best possible quality.
