To cut the tissues in the back of the throat, the surgeon inserts the adenotome into the oral cavity.  The blade’s guard keeps the Eustachian bulbs and mucous membranes safe. The adenoid tonsil is sliced by the blade and caught in its cage.  It has whose in its structure. They are available with perforated and non-perforated blades. The adenotome comes with different sizes of blade: infant size, child size, small, medium, and large.
