Manually operated gear supplies leverage to the laryngoscope for exposure of the anterior commissure and allows the operator to have both hands free for instrumentation. Manufactured according to International Standard Medical Hygiene and constructed with Premium German Stainless Steel for long-lasting. They are marked with CE.
