It works well with osteotomes, gouges, and chisels. The instrument has a 1 lb 5 oz [595 g] steel head with a nylon cap on one side. Its handle is spherical and phenolic black, and its diameter is 30 mm. In orthopedic surgery, it is very versatile and easy to employ. It is manufactured according to international standards of medical hygiene and constructed with German stainless steel for long-lasting use.
