The instrument has reverse bevel tips that help the gouge to slide between the bone and cement. It has small diameter widths and curvatures that more closely match shoulder and elbow implants and smaller bone diameters. It features a shorter length allows for better control and access. Available in different sizes: 5mm, 7mm, 9mm, and 11mm . It is manufactured according to International Standards of Medical Hygiene and constructed with  German Stainless Steel for long-lasting.
