Surgeons also use them to twist K-wires after closed reduction and fixation. The device features square tips measuring 3 and 4 mm and ultra-grip jaws with many serrations. It has a finger ring grip, a slender shaft, and a tungsten carbide-coated ratchet mechanism for self-retention. It is manufactured according to International Standards of Medical Hygiene and constructed with German Stainless Steel for long-lasting use.
