Pierce Septum Elevator double-ended w/ right & left blades, 8-1/2″ (21.6 cm). Pierce Septum elevator is commonly used in nasal septum surgeries. The sharp end of the instrument is used to create an incision in the perichondrium while the blunt end is used to lift the mucoperichondrial flap. In addition, this tool could be used to elevate the periosteum over the underlying bone.
