Roger Septum Elevator double-ended, curved, semi-sharp & blunt blades, 7-3/4″ (19.7 cm). Roger Septum elevator is commonly used in nasal septum surgeries. The semi-sharp end of the instrument is used to create an incision in the perichondrium as well as to prevent shredding. The blunt end is used to lift the mucoperichondrial flap. In addition, this tool could be used to elevate the periosteum over the underlying bone.
